60 MINUTE CLASS
When 45 minutes of sweat just isn’t enough!
Get ready for a heart-pumping 60-minute spin session, with motivating instructors and a supportive atmosphere, every pedal stroke brings you closer to your fitness goals.

An outdoor road and mountain-based ride focused on metrics. Resistance and pace training designed to build endurance and strength.
Designed for new and experienced riders who prefer a focused ride with slower transitions.

Join us for a 30 minute OG ride followed by a calming 15 minute yoga flow and stretch series complete with hot towels and lucious scents to calm the senses and realign the nervous system.
45 MINUTE CLASS
Revolution 45 follows of OG ride outline but strips out the metrics for a fully immersed in the music experience. You do you, your way and sometimes with live instruments!

30 MINUTE CLASS
15 minute core workout
A 30 minute leg burn followed by a 15 minute core workout.
Expect all the heart happy endorphins of our OG ride plus the deep burn of a core workout. We can’t forget about those muscles, right?!

*Please note our 4-hour class cancellation policy. If you need to cancel please do so more than 4 hours before your scheduled class to avoid penalty.
Cancellations made within the 4-hour window will be charged a $5 Fee. Please reach out in the case of an emergency or special circumstance. No Show to class without cancellation will result in a $15 fee.
